The HSM 4040S Shredder/Baler combo includes the HSM FA400.2 Industrial Shredder and the HSM 40VL Industrial Baler. The HSM 4040S Shredder/Baler is a space saving combination device. Simply load material on to the loading table and the conveyor belt will feed it to the shredder. This shredder baler combination has a key pad control for easy operation. This machine will automatically reverse in the event of a paper jam. Shredding and bale pressing are done at the same time. It also includes a bale removal cart for easy emptying of bales. The Formax FD 8902B Industrial Shredder and Baler is a highcapacity conveyor-fed unit designed for large volume shredding in a central location and offers fully-automated features including Auto Start/Stop, Auto Reverse and Auto Cleaning for ease of use. The FD 8902B combines the power and features of the FD 8902CC with an Output Baler for convenient disposal of shredded material. The Baler continually compacts shredded material into a bale, which is then ejected into a plastic bag for easy disposal. The Formax FD 8902B can shred stacks of computer forms, cardboard, tapes, ribbons, CDs, magnetic disks, and entire files up to 650 sheets, at a speed of up to 35 fpm. It has standard features include an LED Control Panel with load indicator, heat-treated solid-steel cutting blades, a powerful AC geared-motor, and a variety of safety features. Shredding blades can also be customized to meet your specific needs. The standard EvenFlow automatic oiling system with 25 heavy-duty copper nozzles lubricates the cutting blades, helping to keep the FD 8902B in peak operating condition. The FD 8902B features a powerful high-capacity Output Baler which continually compacts shredded material into a bale, which improves throughput capacity by minimizing the frequency of unloading the shredder. Sensors automatically stop the shredding mechanism when the baler is full. The FD 8902B is the ultimate solution for high-capacity centralized shredding. It can be designed to shred entire files, stacks of computer forms, cardboard, tapes, ribbons, CDs and magnetic disks. It has thermal Overload Protection. It has heat-treated steel cutters. Auto Reverse: In case of paper jam, built-in controls switch motor into reverse to clear jam. Auto Cleaning: Allows the motor to run in reverse for one minute to clear shred particles. Heat-Treated Solid-Steel Cutters: Specially ground for longevity and require minimal oiling. Large Safety Bar to stop operation. Mobile Waste Bin on casters. shreds up to 650 sheets/pass.
