Watering Cup Dairy
Breastfeeding moms, I need healthy meal ideas, also dairy free?

My daughter is one month old now and I've been nursing her since birth, but I'm finding it hard to eat healthy foods that don't contain dairy. She seems to be sensitive to dairy products (just like her big sister!) so I need dairy free meals and snacks. Right now I basically eat the same thing every day and I'm not sure if I'm getting enough vitamins/nutrients. Here is what I eat daily:

breakfast: maple and brown sugar instant oatmeal, blueberry bagel, and water or apple juice

lunch: canned white chunk chicken and crackers, fruit bar (like apple or blueberry breakfast type bar) and usually a fruit cup, like peaches in jello

dinner: Grilled something like chicken or pork chops, a veggie...usually peas.

I'll snack a little during the day, like eating another bagel, popcicle, graham crackers...

ANYWAY, I need other food ideas for a sensitive baby, things that won't cause gassiness and tummy aches...thanks ladies!!

salmon is very good, high in omega 3- good for baby's brain development. you can bake or grill it it is very easy.

salads are great, big crazy ones with meat and all sorts of fresh veggies and fruits and nuts in em (cranberry walnut)

omelets or eggs... good source of protein. high in omega 3's again.

is your baby okay with you eating yogurt? some babies are. if not try sheeps milk yogurt found in some health food stores.

try couscous recipes!
quinoa
there is also soy cheese if you must though it tastes terrible.

blueberry whole wheat pancapes and maple syrup.

Ice cream and California ice cream cups, Italian passion

Ice cream is a true Italian passion, though increasingly popular abroad too: homemade or shop-bought, when summer turns up the heat, ice cream is a freezer essential which is never far from the table.

Alongside the ever-popular flavours of chocolate, vanilla, choc chip and hazelnut, master ice cream makers are always creating new flavours inspired by diverse culinary traditions, with some surprising results. There are dairy ice creams flavoured with ginger and cinnamon, Sacher torte flavour you can enjoy in a cones or wafer, while the Cuban Mohito cocktail is turned into a delicious cold dessert.

To enhance dessert makers' creativity and flair, Bormioli Rocco proposes California ice cream cups, masterpieces of the art of glassmaking which lend added irresistibility to a delicious treat or a well-earned moment of indulgence.

The ice cream cups come in mouth-watering pink, lime green, orange and blue, four brilliant colours given a satin finish degradé treatment, with the exception of the clear glass version. The characteristic slanted cut adds a dash of dynamism to the design and lends itself to creative presentations with biscuits, fruit and syrups.

Functional and versatile, California ice cream cups are the ideal solution at home as well as for new trends in catering. The cups come in two sizes: 36 cl and 23 cl, with special packs for retail purchasing groups and the professional catering channel.
